Prolines and Glycines Regions of helix and sheet can be shown separately while showing that neither of these proteins are observed in them.

Hydrophobic and Polar Some attempt to demonstrate where the different classes of amino acids are observed in a water soluble protein.

Color definition. Blue=nitrogen, Gray=carbon, Red=oxygen, White=Hydrogen, Yellow=Ribbon
